Free Site Assessment
We visit your property at no charge. Our team evaluates your electrical capacity, parking layout, charger placement options, and grant eligibility. You receive a full assessment report.
Charge Bridge covers all assessment costs. This includes evaluating Hydro One / Toronto Hydro interconnection requirements, ESA compliance readiness, and NRCAN ZEVIP grant eligibility.
Installer Matching
From our certified installer network, we match your property with the best ECRA-licensed electrician based on your location, charger requirements, and timeline.
All our installer partners are ECRA-licensed and ESA-compliant. We match on charger brand compatibility (ChargePoint, Flo, Blink, Tesla, Sun Country Highway) and service area.
3-Way Agreement Signed
Charge Bridge drafts a professional three-party broker agreement between the property owner, installer, and Charge Bridge. Every revenue share clause and commission protection is legally documented.
Our agreements include: revenue share clauses tailored to each property, commission protection clauses ensuring Charge Bridge is paid even if parties go direct, condo board consent packages, and commercial lease EV riders.
Installation Coordinated
We coordinate communication between all parties from agreement signing through to activation. The licensed installer is solely responsible for all electrical work, permits, inspections, and utility requirements. Charge Bridge manages the project timeline and milestone communication.
Typical installation timeline: 2–6 weeks from agreement signing to activation. All electrical permitting, ESA inspections, and utility interconnection requirements are the sole responsibility of the licensed installing contractor. Charge Bridge coordinates project communication and milestone tracking.
Revenue Share Activated
Once the chargers go live, revenue tracking begins per the terms of your signed agreement. Charge Bridge facilitates the ongoing relationship between property owners and installers to ensure smooth operations month after month.
Revenue distribution terms are established individually per agreement based on property type, charger volume, and usage projections. All terms are clearly outlined in the signed service agreement prior to installation.
